Jet Ease jet lag tablets help long-haul travellers manage the physical effects of crossing multiple time zones — taken during the flight, not just before or after.
Jet lag affects most people who cross five or more time zones, causing fatigue, disrupted sleep, and reduced concentration that can persist for days. Jet Ease is a doctor-formulated jet lag supplement built around the actual structure of your flight: one 340mg tablet at take-off, one every two hours in the air, and one after each landing. The slim foil strip fits easily in carry-on luggage and the published dosage schedule removes guesswork from the process. Recognised internationally for over a decade and free from melatonin, hormones, gluten, dairy, and artificial additives, it's one of the more practical options for frequent long-haul travellers.
We dispatch from our NSW warehouse with fast Australia-wide shipping. For a fuller long-haul comfort kit, pair Jet Ease with a supportive travel pillow or a quality sleep mask to protect rest time in the air. More travel health essentials are available in our travel health collection.
Why long-haul travellers choose Jet Ease
- Taken during the flight — built into take-off, in-flight, and landing timing
- 32-tablet pack suits a full return long-haul journey
- Doctor-formulated, recognised internationally for over 10 years
- No melatonin, no hormones
- Free from wheat, gluten, lactose, dairy, animal products, artificial colourings, flavourings, and preservatives
- Compact foil strip — fits in a travel wallet or carry-on pocket

Each 340mg tablet contains: Arnica Montana 30C, Bellis Perennis 30C, Chamomilla 30C, Ipecacuanha 30C, and Lycopodium 30C.

Dosage and how to take Jet Ease
Take one tablet at take-off, one every two hours during the flight, and one tablet after each landing — including intermediate stops. During long overnight flights, the interval may be extended while sleeping. For children aged 4–12 years, one tablet every four hours is appropriate.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Frequently asked questions about Jet Ease
How many tablets does a pack contain?
Each pack contains 32 tablets — sufficient for a full return long-haul journey for one adult traveller.
Does Jet Ease contain melatonin?
No. Jet Ease contains no melatonin or hormones of any kind. This makes it suitable for travellers who prefer to avoid melatonin or who travel to countries where melatonin supplements are regulated.
Is Jet Ease gluten-free?
Yes. Jet Ease is free from wheat, gluten, lactose, dairy products, and animal products. It contains no artificial colourings, flavourings, or preservatives.
When should I start taking Jet Ease for a long-haul flight?
The first tablet is taken at take-off. You do not need to begin taking it days before travel — the schedule is tied directly to the flight itself.
How soon do jet lag symptoms appear after a long-haul flight?
Symptoms including fatigue, disrupted sleep, reduced concentration, and appetite disruption can appear within hours of arrival and persist for several days, particularly after crossing five or more time zones eastward.
Can children take Jet Ease?
Yes. Children aged 4–12 years can take one tablet every four hours. Consult your healthcare provider if you have questions about suitability for your child.
Where is Jet Ease made?
Jet Ease is manufactured in New Zealand.
What else helps reduce jet lag on long-haul flights?
Jet lag management typically combines a supplement like Jet Ease with hydration, strategic rest, and light management on arrival. Our long-haul flight essentials guide covers practical strategies for Australian travellers heading to Europe, the UK, or the Americas.
